Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at ShyftLabs, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centric and visually appealing designs for digital solutions. Your responsibility will be to design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and user experiences that not only meet but exceed clients" needs and expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and develop user personas - Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts - Design visual interfaces that effectively communicate product functionality and user behavior - Develop high-fidelity mockups and designs reflecting the products brand and style - Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and meet industry standards - Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design processes Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field - 5+ years of professional experience (B2B preferred) - Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes - Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools such as InVision, Axure, etc. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web development frameworks is advantageous - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously - Attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills You will be joining ShyftLabs, a growing data product company founded in early 2020, primarily working with Fortune 500 companies.
