Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer/Architect, your role will involve designing and enhancing user experiences for enterprise-grade products. You will be responsible for simplifying complex workflows, optimizing dashboards, and delivering intuitive user journeys. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and optimizing UX for enterprise platforms, not limited to websites. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems. - Collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into user-first solutions. - Presenting and explaining design choices including flows, colors, accessibility, and rationale. - Mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of design thinking. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5-10 years of UX design experience in platforms/SaaS/enterprise products. - A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product UX design. - Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Sketch/Adobe CC/InVision/Miro is a plus. - Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale. Nice to have qualifications include a design degree, UX certifications, accessibility knowledge, and basic HTML/CSS skills. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
