Job Description

As Senior UX Engineer, you will:

Develop a consistent design language across the product, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the platform's UX aligns with the overall product vision and security objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into the design process and iterate on solutions that meet user and business needs.
Design interfaces that accommodate the needs of diverse user groups, including those with varying levels of technical expertise.
Design data visualizations that present complex security data in an understandable and actionable format.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and address pain points.
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, ensuring they effectively communicate design concepts and functionality to stakeholders.
Convert wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity visual designs that align with the overall brand and design guidelines.
Find new ways to improve product usability.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX design; Apply knowledge to improve and innovate the platform continuously.

We Are Looking for:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a UX Designer or a similar role.
Strong creative design skills and an awareness of the latest design trends.
Strong portfolio of design projects.
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Proficient in design software usage Figma, Adobe XD is what we use in-house.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Knowledge of JavaScript and/or any Frontend platform is a plus.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and lead UX projects from concept to completion.
Any prior experience working in the cybersecurity domain would be an added advantage.
