Job Description

Own end-to-end UX strategy for SaaS WMS ERP and Zero-Code PaaS platforms

Design seamless experiences across web, mobile, device interfaces, APIs, and instrument-integrated workflows
Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Translate complex business logic into intuitive UI/UX flows for enterprise users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and accessibility
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using industry-standard tools
Advocate for user-centric design principles and champion UX best practices
Analyse usage data and feedback to continuously improve product usability and engagement

Qualifications

10+ years of UX design experience in enterprise SaaS, ERP, or PaaS environments
Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX work across web, mobile, and device interfaces
Experience designing for API-driven and instrument-integrated platforms
Deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain workflows, or ERP systems
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with accessibility standards, responsive design, and design systems
