The Data Tech Labs is Hiring UX/UI Designer Lead Location - Pune Work Mode - Hybrid Exp - 9 - 12 year Preferred - Immediate Joiner or 15 days NP Share profile - Ashwini.gore@tdtl.world Roles & Responsibilities • Be the voice of UX in project teams, explaining your design rationale to team members, team lead, service owners, stakeholders, developers and product managers. • Contribute and collaborate with other members of design teams across entities, to get to the heart of what our user’s needs, creating sketches, concepts, user journeys, wireframes and navigational prototypes. • Lead the Multiple UI/UX projects in parallel • Principal Reviewer for UI/UX project deliveries • Help in delivery of user requirements, personas, domain models and functional specifications to ensure the design comes to life. • Work with people across design Studio India to make sure we’re making the most of design language. • Supporting partners into learning new things, seeing new perspectives and thinking new ideas. • Help team members & team leads in formal user research and proactively try out ideas and designs with people to make sure we’re meeting real user needs. • Do all this with a view to achieving a single, seamless service on all screens across all products.
