Responsibilities

Identify potential candidates based on requirements.
Screen and Evaluate candidates.
Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates.
Coordinate interview/hiring activities.
Post requirements on the job sites/boards.
Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System(job Diva).

Required Skills

Proven ability to manage the recruitment process effectively and efficiently for a variety of technical positions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Should have good hold on W2, C2C
Strong working experience with state clients and direct clients.
Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of IT positions.
Must be able to identify fraudulent candidates.
Good computer skills - MS Office, Email etc.
Strong work ethic; hardworking and driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate management systems.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make compelling offers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Motivation to excel in the job.
Ability to work Night Shift.
