Job Title: Sr. US IT Recruiter (46 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of proven expertise in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with US Citizens and Green Card holders, excellent negotiation skills, and a consistent track record of meeting placement targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding

Source and submit 4–6 qualified profiles per day for open client requirements

Actively recruit US Citizens and Green Card (GC) candidates across various IT skill sets

Demonstrate a strong understanding of US work authorization and visa types

Coordinate with vendors and clients; maintain strong vendor management and client-facing relationships

Negotiate pay rates effectively with candidates and vendors to ensure win-win outcomes

Ensure compliance with client submission guidelines and recruitment best practices

Meet and exceed assigned recruitment targets consistently

Performance Expectations

Source and submit 4–6 qualified profiles per day for open client requirements

Proven ability to make 1–2 placements per month

Strong understanding of how to plan, track, and achieve assigned targets

Maintain high submission-to-interview and interview-to-placement ratios

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have completed a graduation

4–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

Thorough knowledge of the US recruitment life cycle

Strong expertise in US visas (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, etc.)

Excellent sourcing skills, especially for US Citizen and GC profiles

Strong rate negotiation skills

Good experience in vendor management and client communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
