Our design and marketing team plays a key role in shaping how these innovations are experienced and communicated.

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling and digital design for our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between UI/UX projects, brand design, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate ideas into visually compelling assets across web, social, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing collaterals — decks, case studies, brochures, event creatives, social posts, and videos.
• Lead UI/UX design for Inferenz website, microsites, and landing pages using Figma.
• Create high-impact presentations and templates in MS PowerPoint.
• Edit and produce videos using Filmora, Canva and other AI-driven video tools.
• Explore and implement AI-based design and content generation tools (Runway, Gamma, Sora, Freepik, etc.).
• Collaborate with content and digital teams to ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX patterns, color palettes, and typography standards.
• Deliver fresh, trend-based creative insights and benchmarks proactively.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• Design Tools: Figma, Canva, Filmora, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator optional)
• Presentation Tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides
• AI Design Tools: Familiar with emerging AI platforms for image, video, and layout generation
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design
• Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, balance, and typography
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple visuals
• Portfolio showcasing B2B IT or SaaS design work.
