Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical constraints.
• Experience in accessibility and driving creative and innovative UX solutions.
• Apply advanced creative problem-solving techniques to complex UX challenges, with a strong emphasis on enhancing usability, findability, and overall user experience.
• Act as a collaborative team player, contributing to brainstorming sessions.
• Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within tight deadlines.
• Work with UX deliverables, focusing on the Design System, accessibility and concepts for NiCE next-generation products.
  

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in UIUX Design, with a robust portfolio showcasing work on complex systems.
• Exposure to design complex B2B dashboards.
• Preferably from design background or UX certification from reputed institutes like HFI, NN Group, etc.
• Communication and articulation should be mandatory.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing accessibility in product design.
• Working knowledge with a Design System.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma.
  

Checklist

• Minimum 4 years of core UX Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design for complex systems.
• Design education background.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to independently interact with Product teams and drive UX activities.
• Online/offline portfolio is must.
• UX-focused portfolio with clear UX artifacts (research insights, user flows, wireframes, usability findings)
• Hands-on experience in UX research methods (user interviews, usability testing, synthesis)
• Exposure to designing complex B2B products such as dashboards and enterprise systems
• Experience working with design systems and applying accessibility standards in practice
• Working knowledge of usability principles and inclusive design
• Must - Background in design or formal UX certification from reputed institutes (HFI, NN Group, etc.)
• Clear communication and articulation skills (mandatory), especially while explaining UX decisions
