Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. UI/UX Designer with 6-9 years of relevant experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Design user-centered solutions that meet business requirements and enhance customer experience.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Good communication skills.
