Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design System Lead / Senior UXUI Designer with 6-10 years of professional experience to drive the evolution, governance, and adoption of a scalable design system across digital products
The role focuses on visual design excellence, interaction design, typography, branding, and accessibility while collaborating closely with product design, research, engineering, and brand teams
The candidate will be responsible for defining design workflows, ensuring design quality and consistency, establishing governance standards, and promoting organization-wide adoption of the design system through documentation, training, and evangelism
