Senior UI/UX Designer

You are an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for enhancing user experiences and aesthetic appeal in SaaS products. Your role is crucial in the entire user experience design process, ranging from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include crafting exceptional UI/UX designs that are customer-focused and intuitive across various digital touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to devise and execute innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and overall user experience. Conducting user research and evaluating feedback to gain insights and evaluate the impact of UI/UX design choices will be a vital part of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards will be crucial, along with overseeing and guiding junior designers to ensure high-quality design outputs. Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies is essential to excel in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field. Your portfolio should showcase proven UI/UX design experience, and you should have proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools like Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or OmniGraffle. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows is required, along with solid skills in responsive design for web and mobile platforms. Understanding basic front-end languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques, are also necessary. Your skills should encompass a user-centric mindset with attention to detail and consistency. Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential, along with exceptional time-management and project organization skills.
