We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing exceptional user experiences, building beautiful interfaces, and delivering fast, pixel-perfect executionRole Overview:We are looking for a highly creative yet detail-obsessed Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment You will be responsible for end-to-end UX research, wireframing, visual design, and front-end HTML/CSS development You must balance the art and science of usability, craft visually stunning, customer-centric interfaces, and build production-grade front-end components with strong knowledge of HTML/CSS You will work on customer-facing websites, internal platforms, SaaS products, and applicationsKey Responsibilities: Lead UX discovery, user research, wireframing, and prototyping based on usability principles and customer journeys Translate product requirements into intuitive, attractive, and highly usable UI designs Expertly design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma (and other tools as needed) Create responsive, mobile-first HTML and CSS for designed pages; maintain high code quality Apply usability best practices, customer psychology, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines in every design Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, web technologies, and emerging UX patterns Optimize pages for speed, performance, and responsive behavior across devices Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver fast iterations Build reusable design systems, UI kits, and component libraries for consistency Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and design specs to hand off to development teams Balance creativity with business needs and technology feasibilityMust-Have Skills: 6-10 years of UI/UX Design experience with strong portfolio demonstrating beautiful, usable interfaces Expert in Figma building design systems, prototypes, and delivering assets for development Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 able to handcraft responsive web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability science, and human-computer interaction principles Proven experience designing both B2C websites and internal enterprise tools Ability to move extremely fast without compromising quality Strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling Strong skills in accessibility, SEO-friendly front-end practices, and performance optimization Experience using user research methods such as A/B testing, surveys, and usability testingPreferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or frameworks like React (basic scripting is a big plus) Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMSs Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, or Zeplin Understanding of animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion) and micro-interactions Prior work in SaaS, mobile-responsive designs, or design for performance optimizationKey Attributes
