Description
As a Senior UI Engineer specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms like Nuxeo and UiPath, your role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces and front-end components to enhance content management workflows and automation efficiency within enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop advanced UI components and integrations for ECM platforms (Nuxeo, Alfresco, CMOD, etc.) to improve user experience and system usability. - Customize and extend Nuxeo Web UI using Polymer, React, or Angular frameworks. - Implement and maintain automation workflows with UiPath to optimize content processing, document management, and metadata enrichment. - Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and ECM platform teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient data exchange. - Translate business requirements into technical UI solutions ensuring scalability, accessibility, and performance. - Optimize and troubleshoot UI applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. - Contribute to Agile Scrum teams by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Maintain code quality through TDD/BDD, code reviews, and best practices in UI/UX development. - Integrate secure authentication (OAuth2, SSO) and role-based access within ECM applications. - Support migration, upgrades, and modernization of ECM UI components. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8-12 years of overall software engineering experience with a minimum of 4+ years in UI development. - Strong hands-on experience with ECM platforms like Nuxeo (mandatory), Alfresco, or similar systems. - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API integration. - Experience customizing Nuxeo UI using Web UI, JSF, or Polymer frameworks. - Working knowledge of UiPath for RPA or workflow automation integration in ECM environments. - Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations. - Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Docker/Kubernetes for deployment. - Familiarity with content lifecycle management, metadata modeling, and document versioning. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges. The job also prefers candidates with experience in Nuxeo Automation Scripts, Nuxeo Studio configuration, cloud-based ECM deployments (Azure, AWS), and exposure to RPA and intelligent document processing (IDP) using UiPath.
