Senior UI Designer

As a Senior UI Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing customer experience, and driving engagement across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating strategic business goals into visually appealing solutions for target audiences - Collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design aligns with brand strategy - Presenting and explaining design concepts to stakeholders and leadership - Developing and maintaining scalable design systems, templates, and style guides - Conducting research for design inspiration and direction - Creating design deliverables such as clickable prototypes, layouts, and design libraries - Contributing to and reviewing design work daily, providing and receiving constructive feedback Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of professional experience in UI design - Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic thinking - Proficiency in Figma/XD for design system components - Understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy - Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems - Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred qualifications include experience with visual design, iconography, motion graphics, and SaaS/Enterprise software products. A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory. In addition to the above, you should possess leadership and people management skills such as mentoring junior team members, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with other design disciplines.
