Senior UI Designer

As a passionate and user-centered UI designer, you will be responsible for creating visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products within a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve combining interfaces and workflows to enhance the overall user experience. To succeed in this position, you must possess an analytical, creative, and strategic mindset. Responsibilities: - Understand product specifications and user psychology - Conduct concept and usability testing, and gather feedback - Create personas through thorough user research and data analysis - Define the appropriate interaction model and assess its effectiveness - Develop wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs - Discover innovative solutions to UX challenges, such as usability and findability - Collaborate with UI designers to implement visually appealing designs - Effectively communicate design concepts and prototypes to developers - Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends In terms of UX Design, you will conduct in-depth research to understand the industry landscape, create mind maps, user personas, empathy maps, user research documents, customer journeys, and user flow diagrams to inform your design decisions. For UI Design, you will leverage insights gained during the UX Design phase to develop usable and aesthetically pleasing Visual Design mockups that adhere to UI design standards and best practices.
