Plan and manage client trips from start to finish (flights, hotels, tours, visas, insurance). Coordinate and negotiate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) for the best deals. Provide expert travel advice, recommend itineraries, and resolve client queries. Convert leads from the sales team into confirmed bookings. Handle itinerary finalization and maintain continuous communication with clients. Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry requirements. Ensure smooth customer support before, during, and after the trip
