Understand the clients specifications and interests and suggest suitable travel packages.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, ground transportation etc.Supply travellers with pertinent information, travel vouchers, and holiday material (guides, maps, etc.)Send invoices, Collect deposits and balances.Handle unforeseen problems and complaints effectively.Reach the revenue and profit targets.
Candidate Profile
Good communication and written skills
Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approachDomestic & International destinations knowledge (Either or both)Experience in organizing travel from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, and transportation.Knowledge of online and offline vendorsGDS (Amadeus/Galileo), Visa Knowledge Preferred not mandatory.
