Job Summary:

Senior Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design and sell customised domestic and international travel packages.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel regulations, visas, and insurance.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other services.
• Manage reservations, payments, and documentation efficiently.
• Handle post-booking support and resolve customer queries or issues promptly.
• Maintain good relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa policies, and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
