Senior Travel Consultant

Oversee branch operations, billing, and collections while delivering world-class mobile app–based car rental services for five-star hotels and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily branch operations, fleet availability, and team performance including bookings, billing, payment collection and compliance.

2. Acquire and manage fleet partners and new customers to grow business.

3. Ensure premium service standards through MATA travel desk.

4. Coordinate with Head Office on reporting and strategy.

5. Deliver seamless mobile app-based car rental experience to luxury hotels and high-end clientele.

Requirements:

1. Graduate/Master’s in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Logistics.

2. 5+ years’ experience in car rentals/travel/logistics preferred.

3. Strong leadership, customer service, and business development skills.
