Holiday Tribe is a bootstrapped travel tech start-up in Gurugram that offers curated and customizable travel packages, hotel and flight bookings, and a million activities worldwide. Our four-pronged approach includes inspiration, information, assistance, and delivery, with an emphasis on customer success throughout the journey. The Holiday Sales Advisor role is a full-time on-site position located in Jaipur and Gurugram. As a Holiday Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul & Short Haul Destinations (Europe, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai, Thailand). - Design a customized itinerary based on customers" requirements. - Ability to convince customers and consistently deliver the assigned sales targets. - Proactively identify new business opportunities to increase sales. - Represent company values while interacting with customers. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Ops, product, and supply to achieve organizational goals.
