Job Description

Dear Canditates,

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant for our Esteemed Company with Minimum of 3 Year experience in any Tour Agency. We also looking for the canditates only located in Madurai.

Preferrable Female Candidates

Must have minimum of 3 Years Experience in Tourism

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and consultation on travel options, including flights, accommodations, tours, and insurance
Design and manage complex itineraries for leisure, corporate, and group travel
Handle ticketing, re-issuance, and fare recalculations for international and domestic travel
Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific advisories
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals
Resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences
