Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Travel Consultant to join our dedicated team in an on-site, full-time position at our Dindigul office. Responsibilities include crafting personalized travel itineraries, managing client travel requirements, making reservations, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences for our individual and corporate clients. The role also involves effectively handling travel documentation, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and managing Reservations efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently manage tasks
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa processes, and travel tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the travel industry or travel consultancy is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field
