Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Malappuram. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing client travel plans, offering bespoke travel advice, and creating tailored packages. Daily tasks include arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodations and flights, coordinating client transportation, and addressing customer inquiries. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and designing personalized Travel Arrangements
• Expertise in Customer Service and managing Reservations effectively
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in an on-site work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and related software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach
