Senior Travel Consultant

Position: Senior Travel Consultant (Remote – Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international flight bookings using Sabre & Amadeus GDS
• Process reservations, fare quotes, date changes, cancellations
• Assist customers with ticketing, schedule changes, and travel queries
• Maintain accuracy in booking documentation and PNR management
• Provide exceptional customer service and support during Canadian working hours (night shift India time)

Required Experience & Skills

• 6–8 years minimum experience in the travel industry
• Strong hands-on expertise with Sabre and Amadeus
• Good computer knowledge and understanding of online booking tools
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Must be available for full-time night shift (strictly no part-time)

Compensation

• Salary as per advertised to qualified candidates
• Commission: 20% – 25% (on earned commission inclusive of salary)
