Senior Tours Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tour Executive to manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tour planning, client servicing, and vendor coordination, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality travel experiences. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour Planning & Itinerary Design

Develop customized domestic and international itineraries based on client needs, preferences, and budget.

• Client Consultation & Sales Support

Engage with clients to understand requirements, present options, and close sales with a focus on service excellence.

• Tour Operations & Execution

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tours (flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, meals, guides, etc.).

• Vendor & Supplier Management

Liaise and negotiate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other partners to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.

• Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and post-tour feedback.

• Crisis Handling & Problem Resolution

Provide real-time support during tours to resolve on-ground issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Reporting & Feedback Analysis

Maintain records of tours executed, feedback received, and areas of improvement to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international tour operations.
• Strong network of vendors and suppliers in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking tools and software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, CRM platforms).
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for familiarization (FAM) trips or to manage group tours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
