Senior Testing Lead Playwright

Title: Selenium Mid Level DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Selenium and Playwright Mid-Level Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated test cases for the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The role involves ensuring quality delivery, accelerating regression testing, and improving overall test coverage within the selenium platform.The ideal candidate should have 3to5 years of Selenium development or QA experience, with at least 2 years handson.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated test cases for CSM module workflows, forms, and integrations.Develop reusable and modular test steps and suites to cover endtoend scenarios (case lifecycle, accountcontact management, entitlements, SLAs, knowledge, and portals).Implement datadriven testing strategies for complex CSM use cases.Test Execution & ReportingExecute automated test suites across subproduction environments.Monitor test results, analyse failures, and troubleshoot issues.Provide detailed reporting on test coverage, passfail status, and defect tracking.Work closely with CSM developers, QA, and business analysts to translate business requirements into automated test cases.Collaborate with functional testers to balance manual and automated testing efforts.Participate in sprint planning and contribute to CICD pipelines by integrating ATF tests.Governance & Best PracticesMaintain ATF libraries and enforce reusability standards.Define and implement test data management strategies for CSM testing.Drive automation maturity and adopt selenium best practices.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of the Customer Service Management (CSM) module: case management, entitlements, service contracts, SLAs, knowledge management, and customer portals.Experience automating workflows in related modules (Knowledge, CTI, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent) is a plus.Proficiency in selenium scripting (JavaScript, custom test steps).Strong understanding of selenium forms, UI actions, clientserver scripts, and flows to validate test scenarios.Familiarity with Selenium testing and regression automation.Experience in integrating with CICD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (unit, regression, UAT, smoke testing).Experience in test case design and defect management.Exposure to Selenium subproduction environments (DEV, QA, UAT).Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.Excellent communication and documentation skills
