Job Description

Must-Have:

Key Responsibilities

:

Design and develop automated test scripts using
Rest Assured
framework for API testing.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable Java code for API test automation.
Validate API functionality, performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to understand requirements and design test scenarios.
Create and maintain test data, test cases, and test plans for API testing.
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects.
Integrate API automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Monitor and troubleshoot API test failures and work with developers to resolve issues.
Mentor junior testers and contribute to improving testing best practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in API testing and automation.
