About the Role:

Python Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  using

  Python-based frameworks

  (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest).
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system tests for web and API-based applications.
  
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define test coverage.
  
• Build and manage

  test automation frameworks

  and reusable components.
• Integrate automated tests into

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs or issues through defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

Key Skills :

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

  .
• Proven experience as an

  Automation Tester

  or

  QA Engineer

  with a focus on

  Python scripting

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Python-based test automation frameworks

  (PyTest, Robot Framework, Behave, etc.).
• Solid understanding of

  software testing methodologies

  (manual and automated).
• Experience in

  API testing

  using tools like

  Postman, REST Assured, or Requests

  library.
• Familiarity with

  Selenium WebDriver

  ,

  Playwright

  Appium

  for web and mobile testing.
• Strong knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
