Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Extensive experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, and performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
Advanced Python scripting skills for test automation and custom testing scenarios.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Assured.
Knowledge of SQL for data validation and database testing.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in regression, functional, integration, and black-box testing methodologies.
Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring QA engineers.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
