Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using
Python
.
Implement automated testing strategies across the end-to-end lifecycle.
Work on
Linux/Unix systems
for scripting and automation tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into CI/CD workflows.
Perform API testing and validate container orchestration workflows.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for scalability and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Core Networking Knowledge

Basic understanding of networking protocols (
TCP/UDP
).
Familiarity with
IPv4/IPv6
,
L2/L3 concepts
,
VLAN
,
VXLAN
.
Exposure to
DHCP
,
DNS
,
NTP
(conceptual level).

2. Platform & Tools Exposure

Experience with
Red Hat OpenShift
or similar container platforms.
Knowledge of
CI/CD tools
(GitLab, Git, Tekton).
Hands-on experience with
Docker/Containers
.

3. Automation & Scripting

Proficiency in Python
(must-have).
Experience with
Robot Framework
(preferred).
Ability to work on
Linux/Unix systems
.

4. Cloud-Native & Orchestration

Hands-on experience with
Kubernetes
(must-have).
Understanding of container orchestration workflows.

5. Testing & QA Skills

Experience in
end-to-end testing lifecycle
(strategy to execution).
Familiarity with
API testing tools
(e.g., Postman).
Knowledge of
Agile methodology
.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to microservices architecture.
Experience with performance and scalability testing.
Familiarity with DevOps principles.
