• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Python, Selenium, and Pytest to ensure the quality of software products.
• Design and implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks to create readable and maintainable test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and requirements, translating them into effective test plans.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through their lifecycle.
• Enhance and optimize the existing automation framework for better scalability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage and the overall QA process.

Skills Required:

• 3-10 years of professional experience in QA automation with a strong focus on using Python for test automation.

• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for creating robust, browser-based regression automation suites and tests.

• In-depth knowledge of test frameworks like Pytest and BDD methodologies.

• Experience with software QA tools and processes, including writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and test reporting.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Hands-on experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
