Job Description

Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of telecom domain including OSS (Operational Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) such as service provisioning, network management, billing systems, CRM, order management, and mediation
Hands-on experience with telecom services like network management, billing, CRM, order management, mediation, and service provisioning
Experience with telecom protocols, APIs, and technologies (e.g., SIP, IMS, LTE, 5G).
Validate telecom protocols, APIs, and end-to-end workflows for services such as VoIP, LTE, 5G, and IoT

Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of testing tools (HP Octane, JIRA).

End-to-End Testing

Conduct and oversee functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for telecom OSS/BSS systems.
Ensure proper validation of network provisioning, billing, CRM, and other telecom modules.

Manage test data creation and ensure alignment with real-world scenarios.
