Key Responsibilities · Write comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for digital insurance journeys (Life & Non-Life) on web/mobile platforms. · Execute UAT as per defined test cases, documenting issues and collaborating closely with development and business teams to ensure resolution. · Validate system integrations (e.g., core banking systems, payment gateways, insurer platforms). · Test regulatory, compliance and security mandates specific to insurance. · Log, monitor and re-test defects; escalate issues as required. · Thorough documentation and maintenance of all UAT test cases and results. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Technology or similar fields). · 2+ years’ experience in software testing preferably with 1 year in insurance or banking domains. · Proven experience in designing and documenting test cases for user acceptance testing. · Good understanding of insurance workflows and digital platforms. · Proficiency in UAT best practices, test management tools (e.g., JIRA), and basic SQL (preferred). · Strong communication and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail. · Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
