As an Area Sales Manager/Territory Sales Manager in the Hospital sales division of a leading global medical device company focused on Urology Care and Anesthesia, here is what you'll be responsible for: Role Overview: You will be an individual contributor responsible for a significant portion of Distribution & Channel Sales (30%) and Direct Sales to Hospitals and KOLs (70%). Managing a large territory in either Entire Gujarat or MP, you will have a high level of accountability for driving revenue and territory development. Building and nurturing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships will be crucial for enabling business growth within one of the fastest-growing portfolios in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a territory encompassing Entire Gujarat or MP - Drive revenue through a strategic mix of Distribution & Channel Sales and Direct Sales to Hospitals/KOLs - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders - Contribute to the growth of the Urology Care and Anesthesia portfolios Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of relevant sales experience (up to 8 years for outstanding candidates) - Proficiency in both channel & direct sales, with a 50-50 mix being acceptable - Previous exposure to Urology, Anesthesia, or other super specialty areas - Science graduates with exceptional communication and distributor management skills If you are ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding opportunity, apply today by sending your resume to cindy@hugemed.net.
