Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, closing sales, contacting potential customers, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves managing sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing product training to customers. Additional responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities and developing and implementing sales strategies. As a Sales Manager for the hospital sector in the assigned territory of Entire Gujarat or MP, your role will encompass a mix of Distribution & Channel Sales (30%) and Direct Sales to Hospitals/KOLS (70%). You will have the crucial responsibility of managing sales in a large territory, with a high level of accountability for driving revenue and territory development. Building and leveraging Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships will also be integral to your role. Your primary focus will be on facilitating business growth in the Urology Care and Anesthesia portfolio, which are rapid-growing segments in the medical device industry. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales in the hospital sector within the assigned territory, with a split of 30% Distribution & Channel Sales and 70% Direct Sales to Hospitals/KOLS. - Handle a large territory with a strong emphasis on driving revenue and territory development. - Build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support sales objectives. - Focus on enabling business growth in the Urology Care and Anesthesia portfolio. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with up to 8 years of experience will also be considered. - Strong experience in both channel and direct sales, with a 50-50 split being acceptable. - Prior exposure in Urology, Anaesthesia, or any super specialty will be advantageous. - Science graduates with excellent communication and distributor management skills are preferred.
