Your responsibilities will include driving sales through strategic school outreach, fostering long-term relationships with educational institutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets, analyzing territory performance, and identifying growth opportunities. You will be required to develop innovative sales strategies tailored to regional needs, conduct customer research, represent the company at industry events, and ensure brand visibility aligns with sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in territory sales within the education or K12 sector, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. You should have a proven track record in client acquisition, strong leadership and decision-making skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Advanced negotiation and consultative selling skills, exceptional communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role.
