Senior Territory Sales Executive - B2B

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the B2B Business (Bakery and Ingredients) in the Pune location. Your main focus will be on monitoring the distribution network, expanding it, and enhancing infrastructure to drive business growth in the area. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the current distribution network effectively. - Expand the distribution network by appointing salespersons to cover uncovered bakers. - Drive bakery conversion by organizing trials. - Increase the range of products from our list among bakers purchasing our Bakery Fats, Ingredients & Margarines. - Establish cold chain distribution for our Whip topping products. - Develop the market to achieve year-on-year growth for the next 3-5 years. - Achieve the targeted volume and supervise third-party employees. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Fats & Ingredients and basic technical competencies. - Ability to conduct trials with bakers for conversions with technical team support. - Graduate with technical application-based knowledge for customer conversions. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Fats & Ingredients. - Proficiency in the local language, Hindi, and English (both written and spoken). - Must have computer knowledge.,
