Senior Telecalling Officer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Work From Home) – Female Candidates Only

Location: Work from Home (with review meetings twice a month at Lux Hospitals, Near IKEA, Gachibowli, Hyderabad)
Job Type: Full-time | 12-hour Shifts

About the Role

Lux Hospitals is looking for a disciplined, motivated Female Telecalling Executive to handle patient inquiries and follow-up leads. This role is work from home, with the expectation to attend review meetings twice a month at the hospital. The candidate must be comfortable handling a high volume of calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle around 40–50 patient leads/calls per day (inbound and outbound).
• Explain hospital services and answer patient queries over phone/WhatsApp.
• Convert leads into hospital visits or appointments through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with hospital staff as needed for smooth patient flow.
• Meet daily/weekly lead conversion targets.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or hospital/healthcare process (preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication and convincing ability, strong discipline to work independently in long shifts.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory).
• Technology: Basic computer knowledge, WhatsApp, and CRM entry skills.
• Location: Candidate should be able to attend review meetings twice a month at Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
