Job Description

Senior Telecalling Officer:

Initiate calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services and generate interest.
Proficient in contribute to higher sales performance by effectively managing leads, closing deals, and upselling or cross-selling products and services.
To be able to represent a brand to a customer properly, you should demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Should have problem-solving skills to be able to easily solve customer problems and give them great satisfaction.
Build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer solutions that meet those needs.
Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, provide feedback, and improve customer experience.
Attention to detail for maintaining accurate logs and customer records.
Effective Communication Skills is required
Ability to use CRM software and other telemarketing equipment

Language Skills: Tamil, English, HINDI Will be an added advantage

Willing to work on Saturdays

NO WORK HOME

Work Location: Taylors Road, Kilpauk

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
