Role Overview: As a Senior Tele caller, your main responsibility will be managing and enhancing tele calling operations. You will lead a team of tele callers to achieve sales targets, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
