Senior Techno Functional Consultant (CRM)

Role Overview: As a Techno-Functional Consultant CRM at De Facto Infotech, you play a crucial role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Additionally, you will be involved in solution design, implementation, user training, and client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions. - Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to align with specific business needs. - Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams. - Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, and propose functional/technical solutions. - Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and support. - Provide functional and technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and support teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Offer post-deployment support and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Total 11-12+ years of experience with a minimum of 7+ years in CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. - Profound understanding of CRM architecture, entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and plugins. - Knowledge of functional business processes and technical configurations. - Experience in gathering client requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and mapping solutions. - Proficiency in creating functional requirement documents, test cases, and user guides. - Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients. - Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies with cross-functional teams.
