Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of
scalable, secure, and reliable systems
.
Drive hands-on
DevOps practices
across
AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Git-based CI/CD pipelines
.
Architect
cloud-native and hybrid solutions
, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Manage
Agile sprints
end-to-end: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Mentor and guide cross-functional engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and clients to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
Ensure adherence to
best practices in coding, security, automation, and compliance
.
Promote a culture of
continuous improvement, innovation, and DevOps maturity
.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5
+ years of industry experience
with proven expertise in:
DevOps tools & practices
(CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache).
Cloud platforms
: AWS and Azure.
System architecture & microservices design
.
Strong working knowledge of
Agile methodologies
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with
enterprise observability platforms
(Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
