8+ years of professional technical writing experience.Proficient in MadCap Flare, Visual Studio Code, MS Office, and Confluence.Expertise in Topic-Based Authoring and XML-Based Authoring.Proficiency with AI-powered writing tools (mandatory).Demonstrated success in creating:Feature Description DocumentsTechnical Design DocumentsProduct Requirement Documents (PRD)User Manuals and other customer-facing documentationHands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
Additional Plus
