Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect information on upcoming product releases from product management and development teams.
Conduct documentation review meetings and collaborate across agile teams.
Analyze and structure technical information efficiently.
Create and manage video-based training materials occasionally.
Keep up-to-date with documentation trends and technologies.
Assist marketing colleagues in reviewing newsletters, white papers, and other content.
Contribute to the support knowledge base by creating or reviewing articles.
Coordinate translation of documentation with translation coordinators when needed.
Track work progress, backlog, and provide timely project updates.
Travel occasionally if required.
