Senior Technical Writer

As the main technical writer for our client's flagship investment management platform, you will play a crucial role in the success of the product by creating high-quality documentation. Your Responsibilities will include: - Writing technical documentation, internal documentation, end-user documentation, online help, API documentation, tutorials, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides, and release notes. You will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product owners, and UX designers to enhance product usability. Additionally, you will learn about the investment management domain, how our customers invest their clients" capital, and gain comprehensive knowledge of our product. You will closely work with a US product team to understand client usage, challenges faced, and required documentation. Collaboration with the marketing team will also be part of your responsibilities to create product content for marketing channels. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management to design the learning architecture and enhance documentation standards and style guides.
