We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer with 7–15 years of experience to create high-quality instructional materials and technical documentation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex concepts, enhance user experiences, and maintain content standards that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise technical documentation tailored for various audiences
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and user-friendly content
• Adhere to and promote technical writing standards across projects
• Review, edit, and improve existing documentation
• Manage content repositories and implement updates as needed
• Align materials with audience needs through ongoing research and feedback
• Mentor team members in best practices for documentation processes

Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience in technical writing or related roles
• Expertise in technical writing standards and instructional design principles
• Experience working with technical teams and contributing to agile environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills tailored for diverse audiences
• Ability to produce scalable and maintainable documentation processes
