Senior Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality documentation that enhances the success of our products. You will collaborate with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and its documentation needs. - Develop a wide range of user and developer documents, such as online help, SDK/API docs, training materials, release notes, UI content, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and wiki-based docs throughout the documentation lifecycle. - Write technical documents including requirements, specifications, test plans, development life cycle details, and user manuals. - Utilize Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) for documentation. - Create tutorials to assist end-users in using various applications effectively. - Translate complex technical information into easily understandable documents and online help. - Ensure all documentation meets relevant standards and is suitable for the target audience. - Maintain effective communication with team members and management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field. - Proficiency in document writing using UML or other modeling techniques. - Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex ideas to different departments. - Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, and other presentation tools. - Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and present them clearly through text and visuals. - Familiarity with Software Lifecycle Models.
