Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA Engineer)

You are a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer responsible for developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Your main responsibilities include developing detailed test plans and scripts for all product releases, executing test scripts and end user experience tests, assisting in recreating and validating customer reported issues, updating test scripts with valid customer reported issues, managing testing-related documentation, tracking problems and communicating defects to developers, and providing proactive software quality assurance process assistance. To qualify for this role, you must have at least 4 years of professional software quality engineering and testing experience, including test automation, and at least 1 year of experience as a software quality assurance team lead. You should also have experience with client-server, web applications, database solutions, user interface and infrastructure automation, SQL, Agile Processes, testing web services (REST/SOAP), testing web-based and client-server applications, and working in an Agile Development environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, working in an Agile/Scrum development process, and using tools such as Rally, Selenium, Load Runner, Keynote, and Unified Functional Testing (UFT) for functional, automated, load, performance, and stress testing. Knowledge of programming languages in .Net Framework (REST and/or API, Web Services) and high-level knowledge of the technical architecture of the project are also required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
