Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, Android Business Communications

Role Overview: As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Google, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with the largest advertising clients and product partners. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies for external clients/partners, from concept design to data analysis and support. You will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the full technical execution for strategic partners such as carriers, ensuring seamless RCS integration through managing launch and testing processes. - Act as the trusted advisor for Android connectivity and RCS, troubleshooting network and app issues and designing solutions to empower partners. - Serve as the technical liaison between partners and internal teams (Engineering, Product, BD), effectively translating partner needs into actionable solutions. - Collaborate with global carriers to align RCS roadmaps and offer integration support for a unified user experience. - Define, monitor, and analyze partnership KPIs, delivering insights to stakeholders for alignment and continuous improvement. - Travel to partner sites as required for technical support and relationship building to drive joint initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. - Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. - Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). - Familiarity with carrier networking infrastructure and mobile networks. - 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting. - Knowledge of connectivity, IMS, telephony, RCS, IP Messaging, SIP, and other communication protocols. - Proficiency in foundational internet technologies like HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, and JavaScript, as well as Unix/Linux environments. - Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive multi-party initiatives forward.
